My first bowl of rice cereal!

Oh boy! They tell me today's the day when I get my first bowl of cereal to eat!

This is exciting.

Ah, yes, a bib just in case--though I should note that I am exceptionally neat.

Hmmm.... I don't know about this. Allow me to eye it with suspicion for a moment.

OK--let's do this.

I'm about to eat my first bowl of cereal!

Yes! This is a tasty bowl!

Yum! I could eat any number of bowls like this!

Um, hey--wait--wha--ew!

Why'd you go and do that?

Blaughgghhh!

Er, OK, I'll go ahead and eat that bowl n--

Uh--you're doing it agai--

Gah! Stop that!

Please send a rescue team--and some delicious, edible bowls--to Boulder before they strike again.

This is my squirrel shirt

I think you'll agree it really works on me!

Tee hee!

Ba ha ha ha!

No, really, it's a good shirt. I highly recommend getting one for yourself if you're in the 0- to 6-month size range. Heck of a garment, this.

And now, if you'll excuse me, it's time to chew on my own feet.

We're not in the concrete jungle anymore

Why hello! Instead of the land of taxi cabs and rodents of unusual size, now I'm back in the land of mountains and subpar party schools!

I'm pretty comfy here.

Ba ha ha ha!

Hee.

No, seriously, it's really nice here.

Do you like my Mohawk? It shows no signs of going away.

See?

Don't hate me because I'm stunningly fashionable.

Ba ha ha ha ha!

Phhtttthhppptt!!!

NYC Cellphone Podblogging Part 2

Here are the rest of my cellphone pics from my trip to the large apple!

Here I am in a park on the Upper East Side. I was moving on up.

Great grandparents!

This is just how I roll.

Here's Grandpa Les, my foot, and some ketchup.

Aunt Ellen tried to eat me outside the supermarket.

A lot.

She's fun!

Here's Kim trying to buy me suits off the rack.

Aunt Emily and Uncle Eric like to play with me.

So does Aunt Danielle.

I like baths now.

Yay cleanliness!

NYC Cellphone Podblogging

My first taxi ride. I can practically feel my immune system kicking in!

I enjoy the big-city culture. I don't think I'll be able to go back to my four-key Little Tikes piano after this.

I rolled over *the other way* today!

I can roll from my back to my tummy now!

Excuse me, Ms. Bear, can you believe it?

How about you?

It's true. I can.

I'm pretty proud.

Ladies and gentlemen, assisting us in today's production was the lovely and talented Ms. Bear.

A little applause would not kill you people.

I am a melon

Why hello! I am a watermelon, as you can plainly see from my color scheme. I weigh about 10 pounds and 7 ounces, and I'm about 24.5 inches long. Not bad for a watermelon!

This is my best "sit as motionless as a watermelon" pose.

What did you think? Pretty convincing?

Ha!

Ba ha ha ha!

You can't tell that I, Riley, am here, because it looks like there's just a watermelon sitting on the couch and watching TV.

Ba ha ha ha!

OK, OK, it's really me.

But I was this close to fooling you!

Wow!

Care to bite my feet? I like doing that now.

I could stare at them all day.

C'mon--have a little monkey foot.

I am not asking. I am telling.

I kid! I kid! I don't even really want to share. More monkey foot for me!
