My 6-Month Metamorphosis (Thanks to Grandma Marianne)

I'm 6 months old today, so I have become a blue-footed booby!

Hey, get me my blue webbed feet!

That's better.

This is my cousin.

Yum!

I could definitely get used to this.

Note the webbed-ness of my feet.

Also note that they are blue. I am a blue-footed booby.

Even blue-footed boobies need naps.

Watashi wa kimono ga suki!

I fit into this spiffy kimono now. Auntie Sharon brought it for me from Tokyo.

It's ever so fashionable.

Don't you agree?

You don't even have to say anything--I know how fashionable I am.

Fashion can be comfy.

Oh yes--yes it can.

Of course, nothing is as comforting as this.

Ba ha ha ha!

Hee.

More photos this weekend. I might become another animal! Click this photo to see my eyelashes!

My First Snow!

I saw snow for the first time today! To commemorate the occasion, I decided to become a penguin.

I am a penguin!

Hey! Look at me! I'm a penguin!

What do you mean, "that zippered outfit doesn't change your genetic structure?"

Aww, quit messing around. I'm a penguin!

I am making a droolsicle.

I shall do some research on my people. I mean on my pengo-peeps.

Of course I can read! What penguins lack in flight capability they make up for in early literacy.

Think about it.

Can't Sleep Clown'll Eat Me

Oh dear. This is not good.

What am I going to do? I'm tired!

But I don't want to get eaten by the clown.

Quite the dilemma for a baby.

I shall chew on my monkey foot and give this some thought.

On no! No solution comes to mind!

Oh! Clowns aren't terrifying after all! In fact they are hollow and made of random parts!

Just in case, I will turn the tables on this clown. Sorry, clown--this hurts me more than it hurts you.

Whoa... Who saw that coming?

Let's see some school spirit around here!

I am a Broomfield Little Eagle!

Stop for a moment to ponder with me the significance of such a thing.

The early Broomfield Little Eagle catches the worm!

__________

Here are a couple more from today, just 'cause.

This is my pensive look.

This is that other look I do. I don't know what it's called.

It's the Great Pumpkin(s)!

Here we are, Snoopy, sitting in a pumpkin patch waiting for the Great Pumpkin.

Every Halloween, the Great Pumpkin flies through the air with his bag of toys, and just think ...

... if you and I sit here all night, we may get to see him!

That being said, I don't have all day, and really it's 9:00 AM, so let's just pick a pumpkin and head out.

Ba ha ha ha ha!

I'm wearing overalls because I am on a farm!

I insist on coordinating my outfits with the location!

Good grief!

Ba ha ha ha!

This concludes today's post. Now I plan on kicking back with my corn cob pipe.
